I only thought of the bad, but you're right that it does make me appreciate the process and hard work so much more now that I know what it takes.Chrys Feyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11955009490266358041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5294129803115819718.post-4938720842723668642017-02-01T16:09:47.858-05:002017-02-01T16:09:47.858-05:00Thanks L.K. I think that's okay as I still explore work by new writers (just finished a debut novel that goes on my Favorites List!), even as I continue to indulge in authors on my favorite list. At the same time, reading has taught me a lot about writing. I believe it was King that said, "you can't be a writer without first being a reader." (or something like that) I believe it!Sandra Hooverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07799317489516225795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5294129803115819718.post-14671046234648858532017-02-01T11:04:57.613-05:002017-02-01T11:04:57.613-05:00I love this post. Those are things I really wouldn't have noticed much before I started writing, but now I notice them a lot. I think I still like the same kinds of stories, but I am more critical of the things I read because I notice more as a writer.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12870655865895339100noreply@blogger.com
